Peruvian Thick-knee (Burhinus superciliaris)

Arica, Chile. I was really hoping to see one of these birds when visiting Chile this summer. Sadly, they are in decline due to habitat loss. Thanks to the eagle eyes of our guide, we found this bird, almost invisible within a field. Thanks for looking.
