Magnificent Frigatebird chasing a Royal Tern

Camuy, Puerto Rico. I recently had the unexpected pleasure of watching this frigatebird chase the royal tern for several minutes. Eventually, they became almost synchronized in their flight. The tern didn't appear to have a fish, so I'm not sure what caused all the fuss. Thanks for looking.
