5/24/2015 VS1 5' Male Varanus Salvadorii eating chicks

5' Male Crocodile Monitor eating chicks after running to me when I whistled and showed him a red cup.

 

I have been feeding him out of a red plastic cup and whistling every time I am about to feed him, not stopping until he takes the food. I don't know if it is the red cup, the whistling, or just a coincidence yet, but I am going to keep working with him.
