Molecule's Revenge (rear)

I found another derelict car chassis at the minifigure store the other day. This one was originally set 60383 Electric sports car. I really don't like electric cars in general. They are overcomplicated, use way too many touch screens and touch sensitive buttons, put electric motors in things that don't need them like air vents and door handles, which is just wasteful, generally don't get as much range they claim, take forever to recharge, are excessively heavy, completly unaffordable for most people and impractical if you don't have a garage to recharge it in. So I turned this car into something more desirable, a mid-engined kei car, based heavily off my 2018 Molecule MZ1 LDD model.

The Molecule's Revenge has been upgraded from your drab electric sedan into a lightweight entry level sports car. It has a mid mounted turbocharged VTech 4 cylinder producing 250 horsepower. Power is delivered to the road via a six speed sequential gearbox to the rear wheels. It sits on an all carbon fiber body and frame making it extremely light compared to the electric car it's based on. This light weight makes it very nimble. This also allows it to go from 0-60 in 5.5 seconds, and on to a top speed of 150 MPH. and gets 38 MPG.

I used part 40598a, which is basically a 2x2 tile that dosn't fit in any existing wheel including the newer larger SC wheels (72206pb01) for the rims on this car. I managed to squeeze them into the smaller tires (part 11209) with some go kart wheels (70967c01) behind like I've done before for previous MOCs, but this widens the tire radius just enough to scrape the wheel arches. So the wheels as seen here don't spin. I tried numerous other methods to try to incorperate this neat looking part and this is the best I could come up with. While it's inconvenient for play, it's great if you want to display the car on an inclined road or ramp.
