51/100: New recipe - beef and eggplant rendang

Verdict: I think I need to work on improving the beef next time for this, but the egpplant was incredibly good with this curry.

 

Beef, eggplant, red chilli, coriander, star anise, cloves, cardamom, cassia, coconut cream, lemongrass, tamarind paste, cumin seeds, ginger, fennel seeds, garlic, and tumeric.
