Time Stands Still
When you camp at Steamboat the first thing you need to find out is what time do the sprinklers come on because come on they will and they keep the grounds lush and green. Twenty paces out of my sight however is the desert. I sat from dawn until I was called to breakfast and watched deer, turkey, turkey buzzards, quail, Flickers, magpie, and a multitude of other birds living their lives among the thorns and brambles and it was amazing. this guy was nice enough to strike a pose in good light for me. :-)
