E.R.M . OFF for a while,Thanks for Visiting !
Kings Canyon-3
I took this shot after a long painful day, I had crossed over Forester Pass 13,000+ feet. on the north side I was postholing the whole way down I had scraped both of my shins bloody and every step had become painful just before I got down out of the snow I postholed in on one leg almost waist deep. I came to a sudden stop when all my weight and my pack weight came down on my shin bone against a large rock buried under the snow. It hurt so bad I thought I had broken my leg, I couldn't even pull my leg out of the hole for a while. when I did my shin was swollen gashed scraped and purple but not broke. I limped on thru the canyon a few miles out of the snow and took this shot on the climb back out of the canyon on the other side. I was ready for this day to be over !
