Sloan, Indiana Grain Elevator
Here are 3 photos of the grain elevator located along NYC's Egyptian line at Sloan, Indiana. Left photo was taken June 8th, 1977 and the center and right photos were taken February 10th, 2003. I'm not sure when this became a complete ghost town or when the elevator was abandoned. At present, the Danville line is not in service here and it appears from Google earth that the elevator is gone or hidden from view in trees.
