Peonies

A screenshot of my latest item in Blender: Peonies. I made a single flower first and then multiplied and rotated each flower and then tweaked various parts to form this patch. Sometimes, making a patch of a single flower takes a lot of time, especially if there are many leaves involved. I often spend a great deal of time making sure the leaves don't grow in to each other, and it can be a bit of a challenge just finding the right parts in what looks like a complete chaos of criss-crossing dots and lines, when you zoom in on the item in Blender. But I'm not complaining :-) I love creating 3D plants and it's just an extra high, when a challenge is finally solved and the plant can be released. If you're a resident in Second Life, you can buy the plant here: marketplace.secondlife.com/p/T-Spot-Mesh-Peonies-Full-Per...
