Galaxy Class
The main exercise with this build was to capture as much detail from the 6-foot filming model as possible. Star Trek ships are much more colorful than you'd think - but the colors are highly localized. This makes building them at small scales very, very difficult in my opinion. They don't look right unless you build at a scale large enough to allow you to capture the different splashes of color that are dotted around the ship - the lifeboats and RCS thrusters and transporter emitters come to mind especially. This is just enough detail, I think, that it starts to look "right", but the absence of windows really does still set it back I think. But to capture _those_ you have to go EVEN BIGGER.
