Mr Bernard Lord

Bernard Lord is President & CEO of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA). He is also the Chair of the Mobile Giving Foundation Canada and the President of the International Institute of Communications (IIC) Canada. Mr. Lord currently serves as a corporate director and advisor for several organizations.

As President & CEO of CWTA, Bernard Lord is a champion for wireless telecommunications development in Canada. He firmly believes that wireless telecommunications generate economic growth and prosperity while improving our personal lives and enhancing our communities.

Mr. Lord has often been recognized as a national leader and consensus builder.

He served two terms as Premier of New Brunswick from 1999 until 2006, and was elected four times as a Member of the New Brunswick Legislative Assembly.
