Ilam Hall and Church

View of Ilam chuch from the gardens of Ilam Hall, on a cold, grey March day in the Peak District.

Both the hall and the church lie in Ilam Park, which is a National Trust property in Derbyshire. Three-quarters of the hall were demolished in the 1930s, and the remainder is leased to the Youth Hostel Association, so it is not open to the public, but there is a NT shop and cafe.
