Seedless Blackberry Jelly
3 3/4 Cup Blackberry Juice
1 box regular Sure-Jell (Pectin)
pat of butter
4 1/2 cups sugar
Heat up juice in a big pot then add pectin. When it starts to foam add butter. On high heat stir until it is boiling so much it can't be stopped by more stirring. Add sugar all at once. Stir some more. When it starts to boil set the timer for one minute. When the timer goes off take it off the heat. Skim off any foam. Ladle the hot jelly into the hot jars and wipe the tops well. Put on the lids and rings and submerge in boiling water (over the tops) for a few minutes (like 5). Take the out and set on a folded towel. They should start popping as they seal.
