I came across Ayasdi as I was looking into ways big data is visualized. Ayasdi is an enterprise software company that sells big data analytics that analyze high-dimensional, high volume data sets. I think this example of the brain is wonderfully fascinating. It creates a beautiful visualization of a highly intricate system.
