Alan Farrow
Lincolnshire Road Car Co Ltd.
No 607 one of a batch of seven delivered in December 1942.
A less common body was on these buses being from Chas Roe of Crossgates Leeds who only built 240 bodies on OWB chassis.
All the coachbuilders involved in bodying OWBs were forced to conform to Duple's original drawings even the two vent louvers each side of the destination box appeared on them all. A complete OWB with wooden slatted seats cost all of £825. This particular bus went to Cyprus for a further few years of service after withdrawal.
