This is a Freestone & Webb car.When I was 18 I used to work on one of these at Mears Garage in Richmond.Joe Mears was chairman of Chelsea Football Club,he also owned Thames Launches with large pleasure cruisers,the boat building concern on Eel Pie Island where they built high powered launches for various navies and coast guards,Anglo American & Continental Motorways with a couple of Commer Avenger/ Harrington coaches as well as much property in the area.The Rolls was registered CFC11 for obvious reasons.
