G-ALUN Saunders Roe Princess at Cowes in 1954,the only one to fly clocking up only about 100 hrs.Two others were built and cocooned immediately.they were all scrapped because of hull corrosion due to bad maintenance in 1967.
The Princesses were the biggest all metal flying boats ever built,20 years too late for anyone to want them.
