Pyramid Lake one glorious March Morning

In the description of several of my shots I mention an app called The Photographers Ephemeris. This is another shot where the app predicted an amazing sunrise. It was not wrong. I have shot a lot of different places at Pyramid lake. My favorite place to go is still unreachable from the flooding earlier this year. That turned out to be a helpful in a way. I have to find new places to shoot. This is in a little bay between Warrior point and Pelican Point. I was searching in the dark for a place to set up. I chose this area because of the shore line. As I walked around a little bit I found these rocks. I have always wanted to shoot something like this. I really like how this morning turned out. I was able to capture some really different style shots from my normal. The amazing sunrise was spectacular. One I spent more time enjoying than shooting. So the best type.
