Sunset over Anaho Island

Its been years and years sense I have been to the eastern shore of Pyramid lake. Our house is about 30 miles as the crow flies from here so on a whim inspired by the snow storms and there big fluffy clouds that have been coming through the area, I decided to go out and try and get a sunset picture with the Pyramid of pyramid lake in the for ground. for some reason that area is not available to the public. lots of no trespassing all over the place.

 

 

I know this is over processed a bit. Sometimes overkill isn’t a bad thing, to me this is one of those times.
