In the Dutch mountains

Since I mainly make pictures of wildlife in the Netherlands, I hardly take my other camera with me. But when going to this area to look for birds migrating, and since I didn't know this area, I took my Alpha 65 with me. Who knows it might come in handy.

The area Kwintelooyen is in the south east of the Utrecht province and it is situated in the "Utrechtse heuvelrug". It was formed during a glacial period, and therefor it has some small hills, that gives me the feeling of being abroad.

Two of the nice things of autumn are the trees turning into yellow, and the much better light during the day. Summer is during the day a bad period for landscape photography, but autumn and winter are great for that. BTW, no migrating birds, and I was glad I had two cameras with me.
