Into the light
We are now creeping towards the autumn, bird season ended more a less, and this morning I have been looking back at my 2022 pictures. Spring was such an enriching experience with all the bird life, and I just don't know what to post. I have too many shots I think, so I have chosen this one intuitively.
It was taken at Arkemheen, a bird area that it is now one my favourite two, the other one being the Markerwadden. I will post something from that area later.
The extreme 600 mm works quite well here with the church tower actually being very far away, and because of the flying speed of the barnacle goose it creates a nice panning effect.
This time I could hold the goose in my finder, they often escape from that.
