Delfshaven
A place I had on my wish list for years but I never had a reason for going, until my niece decided to move to Rotterdam.
So one afternoon we went for a stroll (and a few nice beers) to Delfshaven, which belongs to a part of Rotterdam that wasn't bombed in the beginning of WW2. It is a very intimate location, and it shows how Rotterdam has looked in the beginning of the 20th century. It was even an afternoon when there were real clouds in the sky, and they add nicely to the scene.
I used to know Delfshaven as a kid from the Henkes commercials, which had a gin distillery at this quay. Too bad they have moved from here.
