Wijk bij Duurstede golden landscape
This one is from the series that I shot on 19 feb (www.flickr.com/photos/115540984@N02/25145903031, www.flickr.com/photos/115540984@N02/24651132553). I had been experimenting with back-light and sun rays, and also with different lenses. This shot was taken with my sigma UltraWide that is great for clouded skies. After that I did some processing in On10, to make it even more dramatic, and to create a different atmosphere compared to the first shot.
What is fun about processing this way it helps to look through different eyes, and sometimes it gives some insight in how old dutch painters looked at their environment, and tried to catch the light on their paintings.
