A shot I have wanted to make for years!!!! A flock of godwits swarming around. Flying in one direction they look black but when they swerve it goes from black to white in an instance and that's a spectacular sight!
But it is difficult to make. Too far away, flying away, too late, not in the centre, the landscape tilted too much, too dark, too light, unsharp or moved to much etc. I have done it all!
But last Sunday it finally happened. I wouldn't call this perfect, but it is perfect for me.
