PW B39-8 #3906 was the first of the P&W power to fall victim to the puke orange treatment after the Genesee and Wyoming purchased the company early this year. The 3906 also had the honor of leading the Ringling Brothers Red Unit Circus Train on it's final jouney down the Providence Main, on May 1, 2017, before being sold off and split up amongst the new onwers of the cars.
The train has just passed over Chases Lane, in Cumberland, RI, on its way to the Receiving yard in Pawtucket, RI. Copywrite Thomas Schubert 2017
