Scrub-a-Dub Jay

A wide angle of the endangered Florida Scrub Jay (Aphelocoma coerulescens) and its preferred habitat, the scrub oak community. These birds are endemic to Florida and are under pressure due to development and human encroachment. Like any jay, they are loud, boisterous, bold, and absolutely stunning.
