the S.O.N.A. is an annual formal affair wherein the president of the philippines formally addresses and updates the people and both houses of legislature with his and his cabinets' accomplishments. it is usually held every third monday of july and, as customary as it is and as in past SONAS, it is also "greeted" by protests and demonstrations of disgruntled members of society. here are some photos of this moment
