Found the fashion pack today! My poor DT Ghoulia really needed the new dress more then Frankie. I also still need to replace GB Draculaura, she looks like shes wearing a bad wig. Just haven't been able to force myself to call Mattel about a replacement. For anyone who has called, are they fairly easy to deal with? What sort of proof do they require? I have photos and kept the receipt but its been months since I bought the doll.
