Lala Scream Spirit

My poor Gloom beach Draculaura has a wonky hand and a bald spot. I'm trying to decide weather or not to call Mattel. Do you think they are likely to help me? I don't want to return her to the store to be sent back and thrown in a scrap heap. I'd feel guilty lol.
