Flood Brothers Disposal 93
This unit was one of Flood Brothers' first automated trucks, that I believe was used when the company began automated recycling collection in Carol Stream, Illinois. Eventually a pair of Heil Pythons took over that work, and this unit was sent into Flood Brothers' Chicago location where it still parks to be used on the company's Chicago Park District contract.
When Flood Brothers took over the Riverside, Illinois contract from Republic a mix of trucks from both their Carol Stream and Chicago yards were used including this Autocar WX Leach Crocodile.
Flood Brothers has experienced major growth in recent years in both residential and commercial markets. As a result their fleet has become a bit more standardized, consisting of mostly Mack/McNeilus pairings for both front load and rear load work.
