Loyalty programs in the network "Shokoladnitsa"

WoWFi — platform for loyalty programs in a network of coffee houses "Shokoladnitsa". Allows to implement a computerized system of sales support to existing customers and aims to solve the problem:

– personification of clients;

– reduced levels of customer churn;

– create personal offers;

– reward points for purchases or actions;

– informing customers about promotions;

– attracting new customers;

– analysis of client base;

– taking pre-orders and reserve tables.

 

We have prepared a presentation design based on two-dimensional graphs, which consists of 15 slides, designed in a single stylistic decision.
