A tourniquet is a method of stopping bleeding by compression of the artery.

 

Illiterate the overlay can lead to serious consequences as a result of compression of nearby tissues, blood vessels, nerves, broken limbs, the supply of oxygen and nutrients.

 

The person giving first aid should leave the doctor a note: to specify a date and time overlay.
