FACING THE WAVES ALONE

Friend Ben Young assessing the sea conditions as he is about to paddle out. He tells me it is hard to describe the feelings that go with that situation but that this photo does it. My aim is always to try to capture evocative photographs.

 

Sea conditions were very choppy and there were very few surfers out that day in Watergate Bay, Cornwall, England.
