Kimchi Powder

I tried dehydrating a 1 pint jar of kimchi. It produced about 30 grams of dried kimchi which I blended into powder. Now I could use your help from this point. What should I combine these delicious kimchi powder with? I've put it on popcorn, I can see it being used as a alternative to vegetable stock, what else? Mixed drinks, ice cream, salads?
