Saag Paneer
We used the temp controller as a easy bake oven to make saag paneer. I started off with a
gallon of week old raw milk and just added a little yogurt and kefir
whey. I placed the milk in a 110F chest cooler for the next eight
hours. A 75W light bulb was being driven by the temp controller to
hold temperature. It looks like this yogurt cheese would also be great
for fondue.
