Winter Sprout Wrap

I've been serious about sprouting this winter. While our cold frames

are just starting to produce baby spinach, kale, bok choy, arugula,

and mustard greens the sprouts in the kitchen are being gobbled up. I

make a simple wrap with mustard, horse radish, pepper, avocado and

alfalfa sprouts of course. Wendy won't eat it.
