Trash Bag Vapor Barrier

I am putting in a vapor barrier made from 3mil contractor bags. I use

two layers to get 6mil and place these at the bottom of the battery

room below the papercrete insulation. This should prevent the

papercrete from "wicking" up moisture from the concrete slab.
