Here's the difference
This image illustrates the difference between the way a proper netbook theme (in this case "Warmth Netbook" ) versus the way a normal gtk theme ("Facebox") draws title bars in Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.04. Note how the netbook theme integrates very well with the theme's menu bar and the Window-Picker applet, whereas the in the other theme there is a distinct contrast between the title bar and the menu bar.
