Help!

So I decided to rework my Easy Eight, because it's quality was...lacking. I build it from scratch, and so far I think it looks pretty good. But now comes the big problem: the suspension. I like the suspension on Dan's Easy Eight, but I don't want to have light gray wheels. Any suggestions?
