Sunrise light-painting
... but things are not always going well. Yesterday night we created barely nothing because of the high wind, and this morning... ahh this morning... here's the story: we had an appointment with the full moon at 5:30am to shoot with it at 800mm (remember our giant moon from death valley, episode 30 youtu.be/SvWUkA1s_D8 ). The thing is that this was our main reason to go back in #uyuni (a third time!). We won't get that alignment for years (full moon set during the blue hour during the wet season). Things were looking great, the moon was glorious when the alarm clock rang at 4am. We were really well prepared, but right before we hit the peak moment, the moon disapeared behind a thick cloud just above the horizon. We still have a chance tomorrow but the light is going to be very different. So we decided to go back to #lightpainting instead and we created this picture. Notice how Kim is bright. That's because we did this shot opposite to the sunrise
