RFA Tidespring, A136, IMO 9655535; Firth of Clyde, Scotland
Controversially built in South Korea, the Fast Fleet Tanker Tidespring was launched in 2015, although fitted-out in Falmouth, south-west England - at significantly more expense than if built and fitted-out in the UK. She entered service with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) on 27 November 2017. She is the first of a class of four vessels, designed to support the RN's new aircraft carriers, amongst other roles. She's shown here heading down the Clyde to take part in the NATO 2018 Joint Warrior exercise.
