The wide angle lens not only captured the helical paths of the pyrotechnic bits; but it shows a surprising amount of spark detail. This enabled me to take a wide angle type 1 photo and crop it to look like a normal angle type 2. This is also one of a few recent shots where I have suppressed most of the smoke rather than enhanced it.
