Calendar quilt made of vintage tea towels
These last few years I have been collecting vintage calendar towels for this quilt that I had in mind. Made it for my youngest son.There are 52 annual dates included which range from 1958 - 2016. Only 6 year dates are missing. And 2 dates are double which I hadn't realized whilst sewing but I still opted to include them. The back is from a modern bedding sheet and is perfect as my son loves travelling. Now I have tons of partially cut up towels left over. I am sure I'll find something to do with them.
