Everybody Loves a Woodie
I'm finally accepting the fact that Wood Frogs (Rana sylvatica) must rank highly among the more abundant frog species found in my neck of the woods.
I've seen more of them in the past few days than I've happened upon in an entire lifetime!
These two amorous little guys were sharing space with an entire pond-full of swimming, floating, croaking, egg-laying Wood Frogs in Central Maryland.
