Argiope keyserlingi life cycle

Over the past weeks, I've been observing Argiope keyserlingi life cycle at the one location. I went to take notes/images on most days.

The adult pair were photographed December 10, 2021 and the spiderlings (these being just some of the much larger grouping) January 25, 2022. Seen in the middle is the egg sac. The male is just 4 mm body length - marked sexual dimorphism can be seen, the female being much bigger. The spiderlings not much bigger than a pinhead.

Commonly called St Andrew's Cross spider.
