alley of the thieves

This is a six-century old alley in the Medieval town of Valderrobres, 6 kms from where I live. A beautiful place.

I don't really remember the name of that alley

but, seen at dusk, it evokes images of assailants

and robbers lurking in the shadows.

 

I wasn't carrying a tripod, so I had to prop myself against

the wall to the left to take a reasonably fair shot.

 

Watch out when you walk down the alley...
