Unique c. 1895 cottage Midtown Jacksonville

I spotted this highly unusual cottage driving by it while looking for another house on the tour guide sheet. (free from our motel) I had to come back and photograph it as the details are one of a kind. Such small houses seldom survive many years of rental use but I have to hope somehow this one does. That multi-paned bay window with the curved side lights is unlike any other I've seen on a Victorian house and I've been a fan of Victorian architecture since the early 1980's. The restorer in me wants to buy this one and with period colors show just how unique it is. The best I can hope for is its survival for the immediate future. Wish I could have seen if the interior is as unique as the exterior.
