This original book from 1895 was offered by an e-Bay seller over a decade ago. It was only in 2015 after a long period of deliberation that I decided there might be someone else who would be interested in this arcane knowledge about Springfield, MA, as it appeared back in 1895. The fragile book was carefully disbounded, its pages carefully scanned, and upon completion the pages were carefully collated and archived in a mylar sleeve. It was published by a New York publisher so likely there are other extant copies. My sole purpose is to share it with the public with those who have an interest in the topic. (I found it fascinating) Since the book dates from 1895 and I know of no other editions, it is copy-right free and thus does not infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights.
