whole wheat bread

Recipe used: Whole-Wheat Sandwich Bread (662)

 

I baked this loaf using local flour milled at Richardson Farms. The two loaves didn't rise very high, but they also weren't overly dense. They made for great toast, and I could really taste the molasses used to sweeten them.
