I took this in Surrey (BC).
The foreground building is the Surrey Central Library designed by Bing Thom. It's an incredible building and I wish I could have captured the entire building, but there were too many things in the way. I will try to post more of this amazing building if I can find another one that shows a bit more.
The Civic Hotel is in the background. This hotel is also in my image "Window to the World."
